TERMS & CONDITIONS

REFUNDS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you or your teen are unhappy with the programme, please reach out early so we can address your concerns.

There are no automatic refunds, except in the following cases:

  • You are legally entitled to a refund (e.g., under consumer law).
  • We are not delivering the programme as promised.

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if your teen submits 30 completed topics and they do not meet the required standard. If after 3 months your teen hasn’t completed the 30 topics, we will offer an additional 3 months free. If after this the topics still do not meet the required level, a full refund will be granted upon review.

We don’t offer refunds because the programme is “hard,” your teen changes their mind, or isn’t engaging. Coaching works when students commit.

 

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You are entitled by law to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, if you choose to start the programme immediately, you waive this right. 

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All student information is treated confidentially. However, in accordance with child protection legislation, I am required to report concerns to Tusla (The Child and Family Agency) where:

  • A child’s welfare is at risk
  • There is evidence of abuse (sexual, physical, emotional, neglect)
  • An adult discloses past abuse where others may be at risk
  • There is risk of self-harm or harm to others

 

INFORMATION & CONSENT ON FILE KEEPING

A confidential client file is maintained for all students, stored securely, and accessible only by Ray. This ensures professional standards and continuity of care.

 

AGREEMENTS

Coaching Agreements

For the coaching partnership to work effectively, the client (student and parent) agrees to:

  • Attend all appointments and coaching sessions on time. Zoom profile should display full name. Cameras are optional for group sessions.

  • Be open and honest. Sessions are a safe space to explore what’s possible and what’s holding you back.

  • Complete all exercises and action plans. These aren’t “homework” but small tasks that make learning fun, focused, and effective.

  • Communicate openly. If the programme isn’t meeting your needs, speak up. We want to make it work.

  • Understand this is a 4-month commitment. Early exits do not qualify for refunds.

 

Communication & Support

  • Parents receive a weekly voice note update from Ray.

  • Emergency situations (meltdowns, serious issues) can be discussed via direct call. These are reserved for critical moments - not regular updates.

  • If at any stage you’re not happy with any aspect of the programme, just pick up the phone. We are fully committed to your teen’s growth, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Your payment and enrolment on the programme confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined above.

If, after 4 months, your teen has not completed 30 topics to the standard required, we will extend their access for an additional 4 months - completely free of charge.

If, after this extended period, your teen still hasn’t met the standard, you may submit their 30 completed topics for review. If they do not meet our agreed quality criteria, we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.
